1. 30 Day Returns

We want you to feel confident in your decision. If MyBobette is not the right fit for you, you may return your kit within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

We provide a prepaid return shipping label for eligible returns.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• In their original condition and packaging
• Showing only reasonable handling for evaluation
• Free from excessive wear, damage, or misuse

Proof of purchase (your order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Gift cards and digital items (if offered) are non-refundable.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Refunds typically appear within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Expedited shipping charges (if selected at checkout) are non-refundable.

4. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 business day before shipment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

5. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your item, please let us know when submitting your return request.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

We will ship your replacement once the original item is received and inspected.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

7. How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please email hello@mybobette.com with:

• Your order number
• The reason for your return

We will send you a prepaid return label and instructions.

Please pack your item securely and drop it off with the designated carrier.

MyBobette is designed for women who want to take ownership of their at-home haircutting experience through a considered, hands-on method.

This Returns & Refunds Policy is part of, and subject to, our Terms & Conditions.

We reserve the right to decline returns that fall outside these guidelines.
